Abstract:
In the course of a rescue excavation carried out by the 3rd Ephoria of Athens at the Lenorman and Konstantinoupoleos crossroads three ancient streets were discovered—part of the road network linking the city with the district of Hippius Colonus— with 276 gra - ves, 3 pottery kilns, 12 granaries and the remains of 2 structures dating from late Archaic to Roman (2nd c. A.D.) times.
