This short article is the first of a series, whose purpose is to make known some masterpieces of the Egyptian Collection of the National Museum in Athens.I. The so-called « Ethiopian » Pharaohs in Egypt : This royal family, whose genealogy is given on p 1 a n 1 is represented by the following statuettes and objects of the Collection :IT a) Athens NM (ANE 632 ) (figs. 4-5).
