The Koran and Metaphyisics from a juridic point of view

Following the juridic tradition of Near and Middle East, the Koran constitutes a metaphysical text of divine provenance which incorporates instructions regulating all human activities. In the Koran, cosmogony and divine cult are inseparable from the organization of human relationships and of social and political structures, all of which are considered to stem from divine will. Thus, the metaphysical origin of juridic and political institutions based on koranic law accounts for the obligation of the faithful to abide by them in all circumstances.
