In this paper documents from the Archives of Perrukas family are published for the first time. These documents refer to the testament of Bishop Zacharias of Corinth (1783-1819) and the various problems that were raised between his inheritors and the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople in relation to alleged debts of the Bishop. His brother Samuel and the archon of Argos Nikolaus Perrukas write to the Patriarch and the vekil Demetrius Perrukas in Constantinople presenting their case and asking for help.
