Abstract:
The starting point of working is the conclusion that the teacher's evaluation constitutes a pressing need, a necessary procedure that through the feedback operation can help in the professional development and the teaching improvement. The specific evaluation form introducing here depends on a) the formulating of specific criteria, b) the boundary of relation between graduator and the graduated person c) clarification of the purpose of assessment and d) the way of valuation of result. By the reason of analysis of the above dimensions, the substantial participation of teacher in his own evaluation, the improvement of self-assessment ability and the co-operative formation improving of a professional plan, separately for every teacher that is estimated mainly in his personal needs and secondary in the system's objective needs, are suggested. Finally, by the reason of the above description and analysis of terms and conditions, the basic principles are expressed would might administer the evaluation, viewing the educator's professional improvement. From these principles results the formatting function of specific valuation type that is emphasized in the teacher individual feedback, the co-assessment of external influences, the environment of learning and the development of co-operative spirit in all stages of evaluation procedure.
