Abstract:
The educational unit appears at the foreground of the educational policy as a key-agent for the more effective application of the national educational plan as well as for the formation of an internal educational policy confronting the specific needs of the school and their connection to the local society. Thus, the educational unit is able to a) make decisions within the spectrum of the general principles of the central educational policy and b) interfere in topics like the analytical schedule, the teaching, the material-technical structure of the school, the evaluation of the human force of the educational unit.
