Technologies of information and communication create new challenges to education, broaden the knowledge and the research fields. They constitute inextricable element of synchronous civilization. We initiated a questionnaire in order to find the possible interest on the part of potential users in the subject of new technologies and software analysis cycle and development. Particularly the procedure of teleconference will lead education to new challenges. The installation of a teleconference system is essential in order to open new channels of communication among the researchers and in order to accommodate the cooperation among institutions and researchers. The teleconference has as target the decentralisation of certain procedures which exist on the educational system. The assemblage of teachers and students at foreign places far from the working places is inefficient and an unproductive measure. This service at the work place of students and teacher help the communication among them. The distant learning leads the student to proceed to autonomous searching for knowledge. We search for the requirements, the advantages and disadvantages of such a system. Our purpose is to construct a classification system based on the content of the lesson. Our lesson can be classified with other lessons of similar interest. We search for references and practical applications which will have the use of certain programs. The last decade the education and the human resource passed through critical stages of evolution. This situation increased the demands for fast diffusion and better adaptation of knowledge from the people it appealed. New requirements have been created for technological infrastructures and for researchers to manipulate the knowledge. Software packets and telecommunication services has been used on education changing several traditional educational procedures. The admission of new technologies has caused enough conflicts among the community of education and institutions. It was created two communities about the admission of new technologies. The first community await for the convenience of this situation whereas the second community considered the admission of computer as a revolution which will manipulate the scientific community and the daily actions.
