Cyber bullying is a very recent form of bullying. During the last decade we focus on the protection of the minors from harmful material coming from the internet. The research done in the field of cyber crime reflects the ongoing increase of that type of criminality and reassures the need for further protection of the minors internet users. Cyber bullying or e-bullying happens when a child or an adolescent is threaded, abused, humiliated, or getting target from another child or adolescent through the internet, e-mails, instant messaging, text messages, chat rooms or mobile telephone. Cyber bullying is a form of bullying and youth victimization as well. It is also a type of e-violence in which the young users of the internet are exposed. The preventing measures and policies about cyber bullying are also discussed in the article.
