In the framework of Adults Education - Training of Teachers, the educational technique called "appreciability of the work of art", through careful observation and also creative expression, contributes to the activation of important activities of the human brain. Moreover, it provides the individuals the possibility to cultivate cognitive dexterities (comprehension-interpretation), psycho-social dexterities (communication), as well as dexterities concerning the creation of positive attitudes (such as the undertaking of an initiative). The method in question, does not illuminate the multiple aspects of "the truth" intrinsic to the Work of Art (WA) - "reality", alone. While the spectators-trainees, interact through their experiences and sentiments with the Work of Art, they are progressively, transformed into authors of a New Work of Art (NWA)- Work of Collective Reaction. It therefore becomes evident, that the Work of Art which manages to make individuals realise their personal responsibility, it teleologically gestates its "change" and "inversion".
