This article examines the correlations that may exist between Chaos Theory and Educational Administration. Chaos Theory emerged in physical sciences for a number of years now, but recently it became a field of study in the social sciences, including management and leadership. As far as educational management and leadership are concerned, Chaos Theory is a relatively new theory, which has not been taken into consideration to the extent it would have been expected. This paper discusses the development of this theory in the aforementioned scientific fields and attempts to evaluate the significance of Chaos Theory as a scientific field of study in educational administration and leadership and to examine possible ways of substantial implementation of the theory in the future.
