This paper proposes selected educational approaches and applications for teaching English in the day-long Primary School, based on the principles governing the new Curriculum of the English Language (2003). The methodology suggested is a synthesis of activities and attitudes that are suitable for the particular environment of the day-long school and contribute to the effective teaching of the English language in Primary Education.
