In the present paper we attempt an interdisciplinary approach on multimediaeducational material for adults. We present some hermeneutic tools that help usfocus on issues concerning educational material’s content structuring, its degree ofspecialization and learner’s guidance, as well as on issues concerning its degree ofimmediacy and interaction with the learners. Such an interdisciplinary outline couldhelp designers/instructors draw some useful general conclusions.
