This work presents an Artificial Neural Networks application for estimating the female and malepopulation with working age in Venezuela. This model will predict future values of the Venezuelan populationwith working age, which will help in decision making at governmental, firms and institutions responsible forVenezuelan social security, in order to improve the functioning of the labor market both female and male. For thecreation of the model it is used the previous year values related to the employed, unemployed and inactivepopulation (out of the labor force).
