Abstract:
Timon of Flius (330-240 a.D) a disciple of Pyrron of Elis (320-230 a.D) as Diogenes Laertios and Sextus Empiricus quotes him finds his place in the history of ancient philosophy after a comparison of his opinions with the priciples of Phaenomenalismus, Dogmatismus and Scepticismus that are discussed in detail in this communication.
