Ιn the as above his open address the speaker presented the significance of scarsity and the economic behaviour as well. He observes that it is a great mistake to consider that only natural and enviromental forces impact on the work of the economist as the decissive factor -without to take into account his own ideas which he consciously conceives. Followingly the speaker proceeds with distinction between Economic History and History of Economic Theories or Εconomic Analysis. He also refers to the difference between the subjective and the objective element in the study of these disciplines. In his presentatices he does not omit to refer to the main periods of History in accordance with the maritime civilisation, or the economic regime or the World’s Hegemonies. In following speaks of the todays crisis in Economics and the existing debates between methods and the different statues in the evolution of Economics. He concludes that there is a concomitant of the deductive analytical method with the inductive historical method, as well as between the two principles these individualism and of collectivism.
