Remarks for the three-span Basilica church roofs of the Constantinople's Archdiocese

The three-span wooden roof Basilicas, as an expression of church architecture of the late Turkish domination ( 18th-19th century), prevailed in the broader regions of Constantinople, t h a t is, in the Constantinople's Archdiocese and the neighbouring Metropolis of Halkidon, Derkon and Prigiponisson. The writer studies the most significant typological and morphological features of the three-span Basilicas of this period.
