The writer's announcement, in congress to the Greek Philologist Association replying to Mattheos K. Paranikas publication «Outline of the Greek State of letters from the fall of Constantinople (1453 A.D.) until the beginning of the 18th centenary» (Constantinople, 1867) and his announcement in congress to the Greek Philologist Association of Constantinople «About the Patriarchical School of Constantinople (1621-1691)». Many elements and views of M.I. Gedeon bear dissaproval in his publication «The Chronicles of the Patriarchic Academy».
