Eργασιακή δέσμευση και εργασιακό άγχος εργαζομένων σε Ελληνικό τραπεζικό οργανισμό

Σκοπός της μελέτης ήταν: α) να διερευνήσει τα επίπεδα εργασιακής δέσμευσης και του εργασιακού άγχους σε εργαζόμενους τραπεζών στην Ελλάδα β) να εξετάσει αν τα δημογραφικά χαρακτηριστικά επηρεάζουν την εργασιακή δέσμευση και το αντιλαμβανόμενο εργασιακού άγχους και γ) να αποκαλύψει αν υπάρχει συσχέτιση ανάμεσα στις δύο αυτές έννοιες. Το δείγμα της έρευνας αποτέλεσαν 238 τραπεζικοί υπάλληλοι. Για τη μέτρηση της εργασιακής δέσμευσης, χρησιμοποιήθηκε το Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) (Schaufeli et al., 2002b, Schaufeli & Bakker, 2004). Για τη μέτρηση του Εργασιακού Άγχους, χρησιμοποιήθηκε το ερωτηματολόγιο του Αντιλαμβανόμενου Άγχους που κατασκευάστηκε από τον Cohen και τους συνεργάτες του (Cohen, Karmarck, & Mermelstein, 1983). Τα αποτελέσματα της παρούσας έρευνας, έδειξαν ότι το επίπεδο της δέσμευσης των τραπεζικών υπαλλήλων ήταν υψηλό, όπως επίσης και το επίπεδο εργασιακού άγχος που βίωναν οι εργαζόμενοι. Βρέθηκε ακόμα, ότι το φύλο, η ηλικία, η οικογενειακή κατάσταση, το επίπεδο σπουδών, τα χρόνια προϋπηρεσίας αλλά και η θέση που κατείχε κάποιος στην τράπεζα επηρεάζουν τόσο τα επίπεδα της εργασιακής δέσμευσης όσο και του εργασιακού άγχους. Τέλος, βρέθηκε ότι υπάρχει στατιστικά σημαντική αρνητική συσχέτιση ανάμεσα στην εργασιακή δέσμευση και το εργασιακό άγχος.
