The epistemological value of "hypothesis" in the texts of Sextus Empericus and a Isaak Newtons's view

Abstract:
In this paper, based on the texts of Sextus, we came up to the conclusion that the Sceptic philosophers tend to be conservative towards the value of "Hypothesis", when it is being used in the Philosophy as well as in the Science. 1. Judging from their conservative attitude towards "Hypothesis", the Sceptics are supposed to express their disagreement for the Dogmatic Philosophy. However, they do use the "Hypothesis" a lot when they discuss problems that might have to do with the beings. 2. They don't hesitate to accept those "Hypotheses" that find place only due to the "Phenomena" in order to agree with the view that the Man knows only the "Phenomena". We also referred to the well-known phrase which has been said by Newton: "I am no frame Hypotheses". We proved that at this particular moment, Newton has already been influenced by sceptic facts because he had been inder the influence of R. Royle and Gassendi. He had also been under the influence which had been coming out from the knowledge that himself had obtained just after having studied some Doxographic texts, like Diogene Laertius had.
